I’m quintessentially diverse and possess “real life” experience overcoming adversities while simultaneously advocating for the communities that I live and work in. Zoning Ordinance Pittsfield Township adopted the 2010 Pittsfield Master Plan in July 2011. The Michigan Supreme Court held that the outdoor shooting range was, in fact, subject to the townships ordinances. I am on boards for the Ann Arbor Ypsilanti Chamber Growing Hope Dollars for Scholars Rotary Ypsilanti Club and Child Care Network and serve as a staff advisor for three student organizations. I created the first Students with Children organization at my university. Life experience includes being a happily divorced-former police wife, head of household, Safe House survivor and donor, non-traditional student, entrepreneur, educator, UAW member and former resident of Ohio, Wayne County, and three Washtenaw county municipalities.
